Customer satisfaction is paramount. As a result, we strive to have all orders shipped within 1 to 3 days after receipt. However, shipping may be delayed if we have a high volume of orders to process. We will strive to send our customers notification of all shipment delayes.
I entered the wrong address on my order. Can It be corrected?
As soon as you realize the mistake, send us an email ASAP. As long as your order has not been processed, then we can correct the mistake. However if the order as been processed and out for shipment, there isn't anything we can do to fix the mistake. We're so sorry for your loss, however it is ultimately up to you to provide us with the correct information.
Do you offer shipping discounts?
Unfortunately, we cannot. At the present time, USPS is our best option for shipping. Since we don't ship mass quantities of items, we don't qualify for discounts. As soon as we do, we will definitely pass the savings on to our loyal customers.
Do you ship internationally or to states or US properties outside of the contiguous US?
Unfortunately, right now we don not ship internationally or outside of the contiguous US. We are currently researching any and all regulations associated with these types of shipments. Hopefully, we will be able to do so soon. Once available, we will make an announcement on our website and updte it accordingly.
I upgraded shipping to 2 days, however it has been more than 2 days and my package hasn't arrived yet. What's going on? What's the delay?
We require about 1 to 3 days to process orders. More time may be required during busy seasons. Once the package is in USPS hands, it should arrive at it's destination in about 1 to 3 business days. So you are looking at about 4 to 6 business days, when you combine the processing and shipping times together. If your package is delayed more than the 6 day estimate, please contact USPS for any extended delays or lost packages. USPS is responsible for packages once placed in their hands and can give you better tracking information than we can.
I received my package but the items were damaged, has missing items, or the wrong items. Will you correct this problem?
