About Lemonee on the Hills
My name is Melanie, also known as Lemonee. I’m originally from Québec City and now live in Northern California. I run my handmade business from my office + garage.
Lemonee on the Hills started to take shape in 2014 and became a full time business in 2016. I have combined my passion of the outdoors, my photography and product design background to handcraft a line of inspiring nature photography accessories that bring the outside to YOU, either it’s at your office, in your home or for your travels! I just love creating unique outdoors enthusiast gifts for mountain lovers like me :)

Return Policies
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE — If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact me so we can try to track it down.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES — I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Having said that, because all pieces are lovingly handmade by me, each one is unique! This is the wonderful thing about handcrafted goods.
If you feel you have received something different from what you expected, you may return your piece (you are responsible for return shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt of item for a store credit, exchange or refund. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item intact and resellable.
Full refunds including shipping are only given if I grossly misrepresented the item, the item arrives damaged (pictures required), or the package is lost.
Please remember: depending on your screen, color accuracy may vary. I cannot be held responsible for colors not matching your screen.
Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC orders
— usually take 2-8 business days depending on the size of your package.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
— is available upon request at an additional cost depending on the order. Please contact me to expedite shipping.
TRACKING INFO will be sent to you once your items are packed and includes a link to check the status of the shipment. International shipments are not updated outside of the US until delivery is confirmed.
Please ensure the address associated with your PayPal account is correct. If you want your package to arrive at another address, please contact me.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, after 2 years of shipping international and having problems/frustrations on all sides, I decided to sell only domestic.
