Lion + Wolf designs and creates modern and colorful pet products for dogs, cats, and their stylish owners.

Our unique pet beds are the perfect place for your four-legged friends to sleep like a dog, yet are stylish enough to display in your home.

We don’t think pet owners should have compromise style for function when it comes to choosing a pet bed. We know from firsthand experience that fur balls, rawhide drool, and muddy paws are a fact of life with dogs and cats, so it was a no-brainer that our pet beds had to be durable enough to withstand repeated laundering and those essential nest-digging sessions - and look good while do so! 

We are also very proud to say that all our products are designed and handmade in the USA! We are passionate about craftsmanship and celebrate the handmade; our pet bed covers are sewn in our studio in Somerville, MA, and we work with manufacturers within the USA to create our downy pillow inserts and durable zippers. 

The name Lion + Wolf pays homage to all those domestic lions and wolves (i.e. dogs and cats) that rule our homes, steal our hearts and love us unconditionally!

Return Policies

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
We want you to love your Lion + Wolf products! However, if you would like to return your merchandise for an exchange or refund, Lion + Wolf will accept returns or exchanges of any unused, full price merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, please email howl@lionandwolf.co and let us know what you’d like to return. We will provide you with detailed instructions for mailing merchandise back. Please note that all sale items and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs. Return shipping will most likely cost you more than our $10 flat rate shipping, so to avoid costly return shipping fees please double check that you have chosen the correct size before ordering! 

DAMAGED + INCORRECT ITEMS:
We stand behind the quality of our products, and want you to love every purchase! We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your order.

If you were sent the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please send an email to howl@lionandwolf.co within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the situation. We will accept the item for replacement with proof of purchase, along with a return of the defective/damaged merchandise; we will issue a complimentary return shipping label to return the defective/damaged merchandise. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase or proof of damage/defects.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for, or able to repair, damage caused by regular wear and tear or destructive habits such as chewing. While we designed our beds using durable fabrics and a hidden zipper, at the end of the day fabric and zippers are no match for dog teeth! If your pet is a chewer, we recommend that she uses her bed only when supervised and perhaps try to redirect her attention to an appropriate chew toy (hopefully something that she deems tastier than fabric).

Shipping Policies

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders from Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Many of our products are made to order and we do our best to ship orders ASAP. All orders will be shipped within 6 business days unless we notify you otherwise (normally we ship much sooner than this); orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification email with details about your shipment.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW WE SHIP PET BEDS
Our pet beds are comprised of two parts: an outer cover and a pillow insert. We often ship our pillow inserts directly from our manufacturer in California, and then send the pet bed cover in a separate parcel. The two packages should arrive within a few days of each other, but if you are concerned about where the second package is, please contact us!

To reduce shipping costs, we vacuum pack all our pet bed pillow inserts. To restore the pillow to its normal size, carefully tear open the plastic bag (do not use scissors or a blade, or you may damage the pillow), and your pillow will bounce back to life! You can help it along by shaking it out, but please allow 24-48 hours for it to fully expand.

If you would like us to send your pet bed fully assembled and not vacuum packed, please email us so we can send you a customized shipping quote.

PO BOXES
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to deliver to PO Box addresses, so please ensure you provide a physical address when you place your order. If a PO Box address is entered at checkout, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternate shipping address.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double check that you have given us the correct shipping address! If you need to change your delivery address, get in touch with us ASAP so we can make a change prior to shipment. We do not offer replacements for items sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect shipping address, or the delivery is refused, we will refund you the order total minus any shipping costs.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
For orders within the contiguous United States, we are happy to offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 per pet bed. For Canadian customers, we offer $30 flat rate shipping per pet bed via USPS/Canada Post.

Pet bed covers cost $7 each to ship anywhere in the USA.

Orders shipped via Flat Rate will be delivered by either USPS or UPS Ground; we will choose the best service based on your shipping address. Transit times will vary based on the delivery location, and order shipped this way usually arrive within 3-10 days from the ship date.

SHIPPING TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS
We do not accept credit card payments for orders being shipped to freight forwarders. If you would like us to ship your item to a freight forwarder, please contact us to pay for your order; we accept wire transfers or US money orders for these types of orders and will process your order once payment has cleared. We will cancel orders placed on our website that have a freight forwarder as the recipient, and we will contact you to arrange alternative payment.
