Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

We do not stock our items. All items are custom made upon ordering, therefore are non-refundable as we cannot resell your item. We do our best to fill orders correctly to ensure your satisfaction, but we cannot be held responsible for customer ordering errors, such as typo's, color choices and buyers regret. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

In instances where Toodles Decal Studio has made an error, such as typo's or color we require proof in the form of a photo emailed to us before we will remake the order. Please notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving your order so we can correct the order as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service- first class mail, please allow 3-7 business days for order to be delivered in USA (delivery dates CANNOT be guaranteed) - a tracking number will be provided.

Current production time is 3-5 business days plus shipping time.

Orders are shipped in a mailing tube, so please check your front door/porch area for your order as the mailing tube will not fit in your mailbox. Thank you.
